Beyond 12 is so thrilled to welcome Nga Janosov as our new Chief Operating Officer! Nga has over 12 years of leadership experience in the public, private, and social sectors. Most recently, Nga served as the COO/President of EARN, the nation’s leading microsavings provider. In her several years at EARN, she oversaw the organization’s product and public policy divisions, as well as the EARN Research Institute (ERI). Nga was instrumental in leading the organization through its highest period of growth, and was responsible for scaling EARN’s impact through technology and strategic initiatives across multiple industries.

Nga has developed and implemented groundbreaking programmatic and legislative initiatives to improve opportunities for low-income children and adults in her leadership roles at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Service Employees International Union, and Year Up. Nga has also worked on business development and strategy issues with a wide range of organizations, including a wine distribution company, Fortune 500 manufacturer, and renowned animal welfare social enterprise.

As a first-generation college student herself, Nga has been passionate about education throughout her career. Nga has advised curriculum development efforts at the Textron Chamber of Commerce Academy, won over $300 million in public investment for early education through her work at SEIU, and implemented education savings products and advocated for college affordability at EARN.

Nga holds a B.A. in History and Public Policy from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
